Do's and Dont's of Drinking

  • Hydrate yourself well before, while and after you drink.
  • Never drink on an empty stomach, Eat before you drink or eat while you drink. Eating fruits or drinking fruit juice, milk might be a better choice.
  • Watch your pace while drinking. Slower the better.
  • Stay well hydrated after drinks. Do not drink coffee after drinks, it will help dehydration.
  • Know your limits. Stop when you think you should stop.
  • Do not drink and drive :)
Follow this , do not worry about anything else and just ####### drink.
