- Hydrate yourself well before, while and after you drink.
- Never drink on an empty stomach, Eat before you drink or eat while you drink. Eating fruits or drinking fruit juice, milk might be a better choice.
- Watch your pace while drinking. Slower the better.
- Stay well hydrated after drinks. Do not drink coffee after drinks, it will help dehydration.
- Know your limits. Stop when you think you should stop.
- Do not drink and drive :)
